1. Discreet Packaging Guarantee

We respect your privacy. All orders from Secret Lingeries are shipped in 100% plain, opaque packaging with no visible product labels, product photos, or explicit descriptions on the outer parcel.

2. Delivery Times & Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping Nationwide: Deliveries take 3 to 5 working days for major cities across Pakistan (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, etc.) and 5 to 7 working days for remote areas.

  • Standard Delivery Fee: A flat shipping fee of PKR 280 applies to orders across Pakistan.

  • Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all orders over PKR 10,000 nationwide.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Payment Options

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for orders nationwide. Please keep the exact change ready when the courier rider arrives.

  • Prepaid Options: Direct Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Card payments, EasyPaisa, and JazzCash.

4. Order Processing & Tracking

  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or WhatsApp to monitor your shipment in real time.

5. Verification Call for First-Time COD Orders

To avoid fake orders and shipping delays, our team may make a quick confirmation call or send a WhatsApp message before processing Cash on Delivery orders.
